What happens when I hit 3 invoices on Free?

Nothing breaks. Your 3 invoices keep their reminders. To add a fourth, mark one paid, delete one, let the client unsubscribe, or go Pro.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to Free.

Refunds?

Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt or email chasekindly@mail.grokbot.com.

Who bills me?

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, so it handles payment and sales tax or VAT. Your statement shows a Lemon Squeezy charge.

Does ChaseKindly take a cut of my invoice?

No. Clients pay you directly through your own link or bank.
