ChaseKindly

Terms of Service

These terms cover the ChaseKindly reminder service. By creating an account, you agree to them.

ChaseKindly writes polite, human-sounding payment reminder emails for invoices you add. Automatic sending coming soon. You choose the client, the amount, the due date, and how they can pay. ChaseKindly does not collect the invoice payment, add collection fees, report a client, or act as a debt collector.

The free plan includes up to 3 active (unpaid) invoices. Pro is $12 per month for unlimited active invoices, Friendly, Firm, or Final, and your business name on reminders. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record. Prices are listed on the pricing page.

You may only email clients you have a real invoice for, and only in a way you would be willing to say yourself. You are responsible for the payment instructions and links you include. A client can unsubscribe from reminders for that invoice, and ChaseKindly cancels the rest. Automatic sending coming soon.

An I've paid click from a client is a notice to you, not proof that money arrived. Reminders stop when you mark the invoice paid, or when the client unsubscribes.

You can cancel Pro in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access for the period you already paid continues until that period ends, then the account returns to the free plan. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

The service is provided as a working product, and you should keep your own copy of invoices that matter to your business.
