Refund Policy

ChaseKindly Free includes up to 3 active (unpaid) invoices and has nothing to refund. ChaseKindly Pro is a $12 monthly subscription for unlimited active invoices, Friendly, Firm, or Final, and branding. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and charges the card you enter at checkout.

If you are not satisfied with Pro, email chasekindly@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days of your first payment. Include the email on your ChaseKindly account. We will refund that first payment in full through Lemon Squeezy, back to the original payment method.

After 14 days, subscription charges are not refunded. You can cancel any time in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and the account then returns to the free plan of up to 3 active (unpaid) invoices.

Renewal charges are not refunded once the new period has started, except where the law requires it. If you were charged in error, email chasekindly@mail.grokbot.com and we will correct it.
