Questions, answered plainly

Is ChaseKindly a debt collector?

No. ChaseKindly writes the note you would write yourself: polite, specific, and still human when an invoice is late. It does not add fees, report anyone, or threaten a client. Automatic sending coming soon. The point is to get paid without damaging the relationship.

Does ChaseKindly collect the payment?

No. You keep the payment method you already use: Paystack, PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer or any link you use. ChaseKindly only reminds the client and tracks whether the invoice is still open.

When do reminders stop?

Automatic sending coming soon. When it is on, reminders stop the moment you mark an invoice paid. A client can tap I've paid in the email, which flags it for you, but reminders continue until you confirm. A stray click never closes the books on its own.

Can I change what the emails say?

Yes. Preview the whole sequence and edit any subject or message. Pro lets you choose Friendly, Firm, or Final. The dates stay the same. Automatic sending coming soon: the reminders will go out on those mornings, and they stop when you mark the invoice paid. Pro also adds your business name and footer. Even the later notes stay respectful.
